Digital Media & Advertising Law - LAW852
2 Credits

This course covers the rapidly evolving field of advertising and marketing law as applied to digital media. Students will explore recent trends in digital media advertising, new advertising and marketing laws and regulations, and changes and additions to current law and practices (e.g., the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, FTC cases, data protection and privacy guidelines). Benefits include the ability to draft and negotiate a variety of related contracts, and advise business clients on the legalities of modern advertising. (No prerequisite.)
