Law & Economics - LAW979

This course introduces students to the basic concepts of law and economics, with emphasis placed on how the tools of law and economics can be used to understand the operation of legal rules on human behavior. Topics covered include torts, property, contracts, psychology, and game theory. (No prerequisite. Satisfies Perspective Requirement.)
