Touro Law Review has published Volume 30, Number 1 (2014). The issue includes papers from the National Religious Legal Theory Conference hosted by the Law Center in April 2013; an article on antitrust class actions by securities “Superlawyer” Lawrence Steckman ’88; an interview of civil rights leader and former US Solicitor General Drew Days by Professor Rodger Citron; and two student comments, one on the NY Equitable Distribution statute by Nicole Giannakis and the other on NY’s guardianship system, by Melanie Rosen.
