“The Kermit Gitenstein Distinguished Professorship has enabled Touro Law to expand health law initiatives and enhance our offerings in the field,” stated Dean Salkin. “I look forward to Professor Foley’s contributions as she continues to nurture and grow the inter-collegiate relationships between the Law School and medical and health sciences programs, and she builds on programming for our students and the community at large.”

Prior to joining the Touro Law Center faculty in 2009, Professor Foley was a faculty member at the University of Washington School of Law. Previously, she was a partner at the law firm of Gordon Thomas Honeywell in Seattle, Washington.
