b'JOIN THE TOURO LAW LEGACY SOCIETYA growing number of alumni and friends have chosen to provide future support for the Law School through their financial or estate plans. Planned gifts offer several ways to make a charitable donation, that not only help to create a legacy for the law school, but also offer potential tax advantages and/or possible lifetime income for the donor. A planned gift may also allow you to make a much larger gift, and create a more significant legacy, than you might imagine possible. A planned gift may be revocable, giving you the flexibility to alter your plans if your circumstances change, or irrevocable, often making you eligible for a current income tax deduction and a payment stream for the rest of your life. Charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, and life insurance gifts are among the several instruments available.WAYS TO MAKE A PLANNED GIFT: BequestTrust Agreements Life InsuranceGifts Appreciated SecuritiesFor more information, please contactLinda Howard Weissman lindah@tourolaw.edu | (631) 761-7061'
