Our lawyers are prepared.

Touro Law Center graduates are ready to hit the ground running – and go the extra mile to get the job done. With a new state-of-the-art campus complex right next to the Federal and State courthouses in Central Islip, Touro Law gives students the edge in developing the legal skills they need to apply theory in the real world. The Law Center’s hands-on curriculum includes a unique collaborative court program and the opportunity for pro bono case experience – all under the direction of a truly accessible, highly credentialed faculty.

Our lawyers are committed.

At Touro Law, we not only provide a quality legal education, but one that encourages students to examine the moral goals of the law while promoting social justice and community service. While our commitment to public service is strong, our graduates go on to achieve distinction in virtually every field of law – as well as a wide range of business, corporate, government, public service and public interest positions. Now numbering more than 5,000, Touro Law alums are a vital part of our community – serving as mentors, judges for student competitions, members of our governing board and adjunct professors… as well as role models for our students.

Our programs are flexible and resource-rich.

Touro Law Center is accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and a member of the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). We offer students full-time day and part-time day and evening J.D. programs as well as dual degree and LL.M. programs.

Touro Law’s educational program is secular. However, the Law Center is closed on Friday evenings and all day on Saturday in observance of the Jewish Sabbath. The Law Center’s cafeteria serves Glatt Kosher breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
