Touro Law Center Names Julie Allegretti as Director of Alumni Relations

Central Islip, NY – Touro Law Center Dean Elena Langan is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Allegretti as the new Director of Alumni Relations within the Office of Institutional Advancement.
 
In this role, Ms. Allegretti will lead efforts to strengthen connections between Touro Law and its alumni community, create meaningful opportunities for engagement, and expand professional networking and mentorship initiatives. Her focus is on developing a vibrant, inclusive alumni network rooted in pride, participation, and lifelong connection.
 
“Julie brings a rare combination of strategic communications expertise, relationship-building acumen, and a deep understanding of the legal profession that makes her uniquely suited to lead our alumni initiatives,” said Dean Langan. “Her background and passion for community engagement will be a tremendous asset as we strengthen our alumni community and continue to cultivate strong relationships.”
 
For the past eight years, Allegretti has worked in the legal marketing field, holding senior marketing and community relations roles at prominent Long Island law firms. She has led strategic branding initiatives, strengthened community partnerships, and initiating engaging campaigns focused on relationship-driven growth.

A life-long resident on Long Island, NY, Ms. Allegretti received her bachelor’s degree from Farmingdale State College.
