Description
With the Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity, you can:
• Earn academic credit
• Fulfill your Advanced Writing Requirement (AWR)
• Hone your research, writing, editing, and Bluebook skills
• Have your work published in a scholarly journal
• Research and advocate for some of the most important
topics within both the legal and day-to-day sphere
Eligibility requirements are based on grades after the Spring 2026 semester and are as follows:
1. Rising 2L's must be in the top 1/3 of their class or attain a minimum 2.8 GPA.
2. Rising 3L's must have at least 2 semesters left and a minimum 2.8 GPA.
3. Students in the Top 10% of the division (based on Spring 2026 cumulative GPA) do not have to compete in the Write-On.
