Course Description

Labor Law - LAW772
3 Credits

This course involves an analysis of the law governing union-ization and collective bargaining under the National Labor Relations Act. Beginning with the establishment of the collective bargaining relationship—particularly, protection of the right of self-organization and selection of the bargaining representative—the class analyzes the process of collective bargaining and the relationship between the individual and the union, including the duty of fair representation. (No prerequisite.)
