Law Review Masthead

Touro Law Review has published Volume 30, Number 1 (2014). The issue includes papers from the National Religious Legal Theory Conference hosted by the Law Center in April 2013; an article on antitrust class actions by securities “Superlawyer” Lawrence Steckman ’88; an interview of civil rights leader and former US Solicitor General Drew Days by Professor Rodger Citron; and two student comments, one on the NY Equitable Distribution statute by Nicole Giannakis and the other on NY’s guardianship system, by Melanie Rosen. Visit the Touro Law Review site!

The practice of law starts here.

Recognized as one of the most innovative law school programs in the country, Touro Law Center's unique hands-on curriculum and collaborative relationship with the Federal and State courthouses next door gives students the opportunity to work side-by-side with respected professionals from throughout the legal community, giving them the edge they need to succeed.

At Touro Law Center, you’ll learn how to think critically . . . how to solve problems effectively . . . and practically apply the legal theory you’re taught in the classroom to the real world of the courtroom.
