    The Villas on Eastview, a premier gated community nestled in the heart of Central Islip, Long Island.   • The Belmont at Eastview
    The Belmont at Eastview is a new gated community set on over 62 acres of park-like setting. It offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments along with endless amenities including bark parks and pet spas, tennis and pickleball courts, picnic areas with BBQs, sports courts, community gardens, walking trails, and children's playgrounds throughout. Fairfield Properties offers luxury, professionally landscaped apartment communities consisting of spacious studios, one- bedroom, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms. Each apartment has a private bathroom (some two or three bedrooms have two bathrooms), a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, central air conditioning or A/C units, and on-site laundry centers. Several of the Fairfield Properties communities are within 15 minutes of Touro. Touro offers a free shuttle bus to the two East Islip Fairfield locations.
