Improve Your Mental Health with FREE Yoga Classes at Night

Location: Multi-Faith Meeting Room

The Office of Student Services is offering free Yoga classes every Monday from 5:30-6:20 p.m. with Certified Instructor, Kristen Curley, 1L PTE student.  Classes begin on Monday, October 15 and end on Monday, December 3.  There will not be class on November 12.  All are welcome!!  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.  Beginners are welcome.
