Topics of discussion include the relationship between law and culture’s dominant epistemology and metaphysics; Hindu and Tibetan cosmologies, concepts, and sources of law; and the interplay of secular and religious laws in modern India. (No prerequisite. Satisfies Perspective Requirement.)
