Special Topics in Torts: Litigating Tort Claims
Gail McNally is Partner at Lawrence, Worden, Rainis and Bard, P.C. She has 25 years of litigation practice in State and Federal Courts handling high exposure construction law, product liability, general liability and coverage disputes, along with extensive trial and appellate experience.
 
Prior to beginning the practice of law, she worked for 10 years as a claims professional for several property and casualty insurers, most prominently Cigna P&C. During this time, McNally attended Touro Law Center in the part-time evening program. Her personal goal is to vigorously represent clients and the carriers in a pragmatic, cost effective manner. 

McNally serves as an adjunct professor for Touro Law Center teaching Special Topics in Torts: Litigating Tort Claims. She also serves as supervising faculty for Advanced Writing Requirement students opting to fulfill this requirement in the course.
