His client list includes former Democratic National Committee Chair and Clinton Administration Commerce Secretary Ron Brown, former NY Stock Exchange Chairman Richard Grasso, and “big law” firms Chadbourne & Parke and Dewey & LeBoeuf. He’s also been the “go-to guy” for the last three NY State Chief Judges, all of whom tapped him to lead efforts at improving the judicial system. He is also a frequent media commentator, most notably as a regular on the acclaimed national PBS television program, “The Open Mind.”

Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, who rose from New York City beat cop to state senator to the highest-ranking elected official of America’s fourth-largest city, and the first African-American to hold the office, will receive an honorary degree, along with Mr. Zauderer.
