The Supreme Court will hear oral argument in Trump v. Anderson on the morning of Thursday, February 8.  The case involves an appeal of the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision holding that former President Donald Trump was disqualified from serving as president under section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.  (For more details about the case, see Supreme Court agrees to hear Trump plea to remain on Colorado ballot - SCOTUSblog.)    
 
A panel discussion will be held on Thursday, February 29, regarding Trump v. Anderson. Please join Associate Dean for Experiential Learning & Special Programs and Associate Professor of Law Myra Berman, Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship and Professor of Law Rodger Citron, Associate Dean for Diversity & Inclusion and Associate Professor of Law Tiffany Graham, and Director of Neighborhood Programs and Associate Professor of Law Jorge Roig. Lunch will be provided.
