Advanced Civil Procedure - LAWN587

This is a one-credit course in which students will research and write three short papers in the context of a simulated case. Generally, the required writings will be motions and accompanying memoranda on civil procedure-related subjects. Students will present an oral argument on a least on of the motions. By satisfactorily completing all of the requirements for the course, students will satisfy the law school's Advanced Writing Requirement. This course will include class meetings and one-on-one meetings between the student and the professor.
