2 CreditsThe first part of this course addresses constitutional doctrines involving the three branches of the federal government and their relationships with one another and with state and local authority; the second part analyzes individual constitutionally protected rights of due process, equal protection, affirmative action, privacy, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech.
