This course focuses on the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Robinson Patman Act, Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvement Act, and related legislation regarding the regulation of trade and protection of competition. Students also consider an economic analysis of American antitrust law as applied in various areas of industry.
