Second year students Nicole Tamargo and Matthew Cohen emerged from the preliminary rounds of the 41st Annual Bainbridge Intramural Moot Court Competition held on Sunday, August 27. They will contest the finals on Wednesday, September 20, 12:45 p.m. in the AUD, before a finals bench. Congratulations to semifinalists Meghan Cogan and Hannah Ibrahim, and to all the competitors.

This year's problem involves immigration law – whether a federal law that leads to deportation proceedings even for permanent residents convicted of specific types of crimes is unconstitutionally vague and non-humanitarian.
