James Fagan is an adjunct professor, teaching subjects in Touro Law's LL.M. program including civil procedure, constitutional law, contracts, property, and torts. He has worked for the last 13 years as a Law Secretary in New York State Supreme Court. He is currently serving in the chambers of Justice John Andrews. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor of Law at St. John’s University School of Law, where he taught Evidence and Constitutional Law, among other subjects. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University; he holds Masters degrees in Public Administration from C.W. Post and in Theology from the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception; he earned his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s and an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law.
