Richard Eisenberg is of Counsel to the firm Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. in Garden City. He concentrates his practice on corporate matters and commercial real estate transactions. He has served as general counsel to numerous Long Island-based corporations involved in a wide range of industries.

Mr. Eisenberg also has extensive litigation and appellate experience. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout the New York City metropolitan area. He has briefed and argued appeals in the Appellate Division, Second Department, the New York State Court of Appeals, the Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Eisenberg has served as the project executive for numerous land development and construction projects, valued in excess of $100 million dollars.

Mr. Eisenberg serves as the Chair of the Board of Advisors of the Touro Law Center Land Use and Sustainable Development Institute. He is an active member of the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court in Mineola. He also serves as a trustee of the Usdan Center for the Performing and Fine Arts in Wheatley Heights. He previously served on his local school board for twenty-one years.

Mr. Eisenberg served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City from 1976-1979.
