3 CreditsUsing the Federal Courthouse as a “laboratory,” this course provides in-depth and sophisticated training in effective litigation, building on the substance of Trial Practice. Topics include pre-trial motions, jury selection, opening and closing arguments, direct and cross examination, expert testimony, the art of objecting, use of trial notebooks, and technology in the courtroom. (Prerequisite: Introduction to Trial Advocacy I). Satisfies Intermediate Skills Requirement.
