1 CreditsThe World Wide Web was born at the end of the 20th century, and it promised an optimistic future. With the rapid development of hardware and especially software, we experience the collision of law and technology every day. This course explores concepts of intellectual property, privacy, and business transactions and raises questions about the viability of legislation in response to technology, as well as the utility of relying on 20th century case law to solve 21st century problems.
