New York Matrimonial Law will cover the laws, cases and policies surrounding the practice of matrimonial law in New York State. This will include the special rules for matrimonial practice, relevant caselaw, as well as the new rules of practice throughout the court system and the state. Another recurring theme in the course will revolve around the evolving nature and trends in matrimonial law.
