Professors with a background or specialization in evidence will discuss the growing trend of introducing rap lyrics as character evidence at trial, including a discussion of the cases involving Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B and more. This is aimed to start the discussion about whether or not this should be done, can be done and if there is a trend happening to black female rappers/artists that is arising.
