Guest speaker, Mr. James Maloney, will discuss his article magazine publications and open the doors to discussion about collision law and more general legal doctrines such as causation and standard of review. In addition, he will discuss some of the unique admiralty law aspects and introduce the alternative "filter" that restricts the universe of plaintiffs in 
admiralty cases: the Robins Dry Dock Rule.
