Securing the Future Join the Touro Law Legacy Society As befitting an Institution that has just celebrated the 35th year of its founding, a growing number of Touro Law alumni, faculty and friends have chosen to provide future support for the law school through their financial or estate plans. Dean Ballan and the Office of Institutional Advancement would like to publicly recognize every individual who has chosen this increasingly vital form of support. We have created the Touro Law Center Legacy Society with lead gifts from Florence Hessen-Scher ’85 and Bruce K. Gould ’84. The Touro Law Legacy Society will recognize all who have named the Law Center as a beneficiary of a planned gift of any size; donors who have remembered Touro Law Center as a beneficiary of a will, trust, retirement plan, life insurance policy or with a lifetime income gift. These visionary gifts are designed to create a legacy for Touro Law Center and they will ensure the success of generations of future Touro lawyers. For some, a legacy gift may be a first gift to the Law Center, but for others it may be a continuation of giving begun during their lifetimes. In addition to supporting bright and highly motivated students, a planned gift can support outstanding faculty, provide funding for state-of-the-art facilities, or be used by the Dean to support priority needs.
