She was also a member of two ABA site visit teams and the reporter for the AALS on one of those site visits. Delivered a presentation on how to obtain and negotiate a textbook contract, as part of a round table discussion on publishing at the Global Legal Skills Conference in Verona, Italy. Publications: Co-authored, with Touro Law Professor Lynne Kramer, a textbook (and teacher’s manual), The Experiential Guide to Law Practice Management: Opening and Operating Your Own Firm, published by Carolina Academic Press. Wrote, Demystifying Ambiguity in Legislative Writing, which appeared in volume 37, issue 2, of the statute law review, published by Oxford University Press in London. Course” on December 4, 2015, at the one-day conference on “Preparing the Academically Unprepared Law Student,” held under the auspices of the Legal Writing Institute at Florida A&M Law School. n March 12, 2016, at the Sixth Annual Capital Legal Writing Conference, held at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, Professor Pocock spoke on the topic, “Teaching Electronic Research: Bookless But Not Bootless,” addressing how the deficiencies of underprepared students can hinder them in both approaching research and evaluating their research results.
