Join the Trial Advocacy Institute for part one of its direct and cross-examination CLE series! “Dynamic Direct and Cross-Examination” is a skills-based NY State CLE program that brings together experienced trial attorneys and judges for engaging panel discussions and live demonstrations focused on effective strategies for conducting a masterful direct and cross-examination of witnesses.

This first installment will cover a key witness in both a criminal and civil case. On the criminal side, there will be a demonstration of a direct and cross-examination of the arresting police officer in a DWI. On the civil side, there will be a demonstration of a direct and cross-examination of a plaintiff in a slip-and-fall case. You will see top attorneys demonstrate how these examinations should be conducted and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.

This is part one of a two-part series. Part two is tentatively scheduled for June 2027.
