How to Pay My Balance

Upon registering for courses, students accept full responsibility for paying all tuition, fees, and/or other costs incurred or assessed. We offer several payment options, including online payments using credit card or ACH, convenient payment plans, and international payments to help you resolve your balance. Below you will find all the details.

Please remember that you will not receive a bill!

All students have 24 hour access to view their account activity, make payments, enroll in payment plan and direct deposit on our online payment portal TouchNet.

Make a payment:
1. Log onto the Touro One Portal.
2. Click the Student Accounts widget on the right side of the page.
3. Click Access TouchNet in the dropdown.
4. Select Make Payment at the top of the page and follow the instructions

Enroll in a payment plan:
1. Log onto the Touro One Portal.
2. Click the Student Accounts widget on the right side of the page.
3. Click Access TouchNet in the dropdown.
4. Select Payment Plans at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

Payment methods accepted through TouchNet include all major credit cards or by E-Check using a checking account. Please be advised that payments on student accounts made online by credit or debit card will be charged a 2.95% non-refundable convenience fee by our third-party provider, TouchNet® Pay Path.


*Students can avoid this fee by simply using our electronic check (E-check) option. To pay by E-check, log into your online student account, select electronic check for your method of payment, and provide your bank routing number and account number.


The Office of the Bursar is committed to guarding our students from unlawful acts of identity theft. The University takes very seriously the privacy rights of students, including the protection of personal credit card and bank account information.


Authorized Users

Students can designate a parent or partner as an authorized user of their TouchNet account. This will allow them access to view your student account balance, make payments, and set up payment plans. The bank account holder must have knowledge of and authorize the transaction.

Follow the instructions below to set them up:
1. Log onto the Touro One Portal.
2. Click the Student Accounts widget on the right side of the page.
3. Click Access TouchNet in the dropdown.
4. Select Authorized Users under My Profile Setup on the righthand side of the page
5. Enter the authorized payer’s information and select Access Level
6. Click Continue and then check the Agreement box and then Continue

The authorized payer will receive the TouchNet link and their personal username and login information via email.
