A number of Touro Law faculty members are participating in the AALS 120th Annual Meeting while others are taking leadership positions in AALS sections. The 2026 Conference, “Impact. Excellence. Resilience. The Enduring Contributions of Legal Education.” is being held from January 6- 9 in New Orleans. The annual conference is the largest gathering of law faculty in the world.

Professor Levine will remain on the Executive Committee of the Sections on Jewish Law, Professional Responsibility, Criminal Procedure, and Law Professors with Disabilities and Allies.
Professor Levine served as Chair of the Committee that selected the recipient of the Fred C. Zacharias Memorial Prize for Scholarship in Professional Responsibility, which will be awarded at the AALS on January 8, between the two programs of the Section on Professional Responsibility.
