ABOUT:
The NY Department of State Division of Local Government Services presents a “Land Use Training Program for Municipal Officials, Board Members, and Attorneys” in partnership with Touro Law Center’s Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Institute. This in-person conference is intended to fulfill the annual 4-credit New York State required training for municipal planning and zoning officials while also providing four New York CLE credits to admitted attorneys.* Municipal planners and attorneys will gain valuable insights to guide development decisions, mitigate legal risks, and effectively serve their communities.
*If you would like NYS Planning and Zoning Board Training credits, please check with your municipality to confirm that you will be granted these credits with receipt of a certificate of attendance from Touro Law Center.
